Refrigerated high loaders are in use for delivering food to the aircraft.
Hot- and and cold kitchen.
Pastry- and bakery kitchen.
Dishwashing area fully equipped with a conveyer belt system for washing, sterilizing and drying utensils.
Secured dry storage areas, cold and freezer areas operate in accordance to Moby Dick guidelines 24 hours a day.

Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh Units opened in October 2005 and August 2006 respectively.
Both Egypt Air In-flight Services Company airside units combined comprise a total area of 9000 sqm. They are the most modern catering facilities in the country, prepared to produce an expected 10000 meals a day and they have a direct access to the airport ramp area for better uplifting services.
