A standardized cleaning program is implemented in all the units, as are workplace safety checks. Our quality system ensures food safety at all times and that portion sizes are being monitored constantly.
All the airlines with whom we cooperate are welcome to carry out surprise on-the-spot inspections to ensure that the quality of the products we deliver remains undiminished, and that the unit itself maintains its high quality standards.
MDAC follows a handbook which outlines the theory and philosophy of special meals and which recommends food products for each type of special meal.
