1993
The opening of Moby Dick Restaurant which is now one of the most popuar venues in Hurghada. To many guests it is a home away from home.

2001
Launching of Moby Dick Airline catering to supply extra meals on a "last minute orders" basis to the top Russian Airlines such as Aeroflot.

2002
Due to the high demand for our airline meals outside catering supplies are subcontracted. Among them are the leading hotel chains of Hilton International & Intercontinental Resort Hotels.

 

2003
As a Member of IATA Ground Handling council and HACCP we are always up to date with new regulations, which ensures the quality of service provided to all our Airline Companies large or small. Download our certificate here.

2004
Moby Dick Airline Catering signs a partner agreement with EgyptAir Inflight Services Company, and operates from brand new, highly efficient catering units at major airports with a capacity to handle 10,000 meals per day. The company has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification (download here) of its quality assurance system.

2005
Moby Dick Airline Catering establishes a private limited company, which is governed by the Executive Board.
As a member of the International Travel Catering Association (ITCA) Moby Dick Catering participates at international fairs.

2006
Moby Dick Airline Catering is serving over 40 international airline companies in 15 countries, and produces an average of 1.4 million airline meals a year. During peak months Moby Dick Catering produces over 100,000 meals for airline passengers worldwide.

2007
Moby Dick airlines catering is keeping growing and having the new clients. The exhibition of ITCA, Cologne was very successful and helped to establish lots of new business relations and meet the new partners. Moby Dick airline catering had the new COO & Director, Ms Rania Antoine. The new destinations were supplied by Moby Dick.
